Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between Perth Furniture Outlet and you for the supply of products. The contract cannot be varied unless we agree to vary it in writing.

We operate as a Clearance center, and all items are sold 'as is' as they are excess, ex-display, or discontinued lines from Adore Home Living. We cannot transfer or provide any warranty from the retailer to the customer as all stock that is sold is clearance stock being sold at heavily discounted prices.

PRICES
The Prices payable for the items that a customer orders are clearly set out on the website. All prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian Dollars. The price of the item(s) does not include the delivery charge. Delivery charges are calculated based on postcode and listed on the website. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website. Third-party websites may not always list our current prices. If for any reason there is a technical error and our website displays an incorrect price, Perth Furniture Outlet can cancel a sale at their own discretion and provide a refund.

PAYMENTS
We accept bank transfer, cash and credit card.

CANCELLATION FEE 
If an order is placed on a product that is not in stock at the time of purchase and it is later canceled, prior to delivery or pick up, a cancellation fee that is 30% of the invoice value will be applied. This fee reflects our reasonable costs. 

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY 
We do not offer refunds for a Change of Mind. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to request and obtain measurements as well as ensure the product purchased, amongst other things, fits into their space as we will not offer a refund in such a situation. 

All customers that purchase an item that is an excess stock or discontinued product would receive it in brand new condition and packaging. On receipt or pick up of such brand new products, the customer MUST immediately inspect the product and advise us of any defect within 3 days of purchase. If it is established that the defect is attributable to the manufacturer or supplier, then we will accept a return of the product with its original packaging within 7 days from the date of purchase at the location from which the customer purchased that product. 

We will not accept nor process a refund if a product is damaged because of mishandling, improper transportation, incorrect assembly, or general wear and tear because of use leading to damage by the customer or a 3rd party. 

PROOF OF PURCHASE 
It is your responsibility to retain the proof of purchase, i.e., tax invoice or receipt for the purposes of claiming a refund, repair, exchange, or replacement. We maintain limited access to invoices raised and cannot undertake searches of archived records; therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain the original proof of purchase to claim a refund, exchange, repair, or replacement. 

ASSEMBLY 
Certain products are delivered Brand New in the box and will require assembly. We do not remove the product from the packaging and assemble it prior to delivery. 

We can offer assembly services at an additional fee, via a 3rd party contractor, starting from $30. Please inquire in-store and prior to attempting to assemble the product as we will not accept liability for damage caused to products because of incorrect assembly by the customer or a third party. 

DELIVERY 
If delivery is arranged at the time of purchase through a 3rd party contractor we use, then we cannot be made responsible for any delay in delivery times as we do not have control of their schedules. 

If it is a single-man delivery, it would be the customer's responsibility to assist the deliveryman in retrieving the product from the vehicle. Please ensure the surfaces of the property are safely accessible, and the delivery man will be required to always wear protective footwear. 

It is the customer's responsibility to be at the point of delivery, and we cannot accept any liability for the delivery not being successful and the product being returned to the warehouse. The customer will have to bear the re-delivery fee. 

When requesting a quote, please be advised that the quote provided is for standard delivery to the ground floor. If the product must be delivered to another level, a different quote would apply. 

PRE-ORDERS 
We can only advise customers of an estimated waiting period for products. The actual time of arrival will depend on the receipt of stock from the retailers. We cannot offer refunds or provide free delivery if there is a delay in the stated time frame. Once the product is received in the store, it is up to the customer to arrange to deliver the product as soon as possible. 

Important Notice: Due to conditions such as bushfires, floods, any other natural disasters, pandemics, or any other unforeseen occurrences, the quoted time frames would then vary, and the company will advise the customers of the delay. If the delay is not attributable to the company, the company reserves the right to extend the time frame to allow the successful delivery of the product. this website.
