Warranty Policy

Overview
At Perth Furniture Outlet, we offer a limited warranty on clearance furniture purchases to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in their investment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty.

Scope of Warranty
Duration: Clearance furniture is sold with a limited warranty period of 1 – 5 YEARS from the date of purchase.
Décor, Artwork and Lighting 90 Days from the date of purchase. Refer to warranty table.
Covered Items: This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use of the furniture and homewares.
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, improper care, alterations, commercial use, or accidents is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, damages noted at the time of purchase are excluded from the warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims and Process
Reporting: Any potential warranty claims must be reported to Perth Furniture Outlet by email within 24 hours of discovering the issue.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.
Assessment: Our team will assess the reported issue to determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.
Resolution: If the claim is deemed valid, Perth Furniture Outlet will, at its discretion, repair or replace the furniture piece or components. If a specific item is unavailable, a comparable replacement will be offered.

Limitations
Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the clearance furniture.
Additional Costs: Any shipping, transportation, or incidental costs related to warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.

Disclaimer
Changes to Policy: Perth Furniture Outlet reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
Extent of Liability: The liability of Perth Furniture Outlet under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective furniture or homewares as outlined in this policy.

1.3 Electronic and motion components for all recliners and sofa beds 1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.4 Dining Table 1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.5 Dining Chair Frame 1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.6 Dining Chair Upholstery 1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.7 Furnishing, home décor, and lighting (Lighting products must be installed by a licensed electrician.) 90 Days from Purchase Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.8 Case goods Structural (Coffee table, TV Unit, Wall Unit, Buffet, etc.) 1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.9 Battery and Transformer  1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.10 All other components of your product other than 1.1 to 1.9 above (including, lacquered and other timber finishes, chrome and metal, glass and marble). 1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
1.11 All other items not mentioned above 1 Year Components and products used for business purposes and damages noted at time of purchase
